Shipping policy

About delivery fee
Shipping is free in the United States; shipping is required in other areas. For shipping addresses outside the United States, please leave a phone number. Write the full street number, building or apartment number, and route information when applicable. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided at purchase is incorrect.

Order processing
After payment, it usually takes 1-3 business days for the warehouse to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. During holidays and peak periods, processing may take longer. Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.

Warehouses
We ship from warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. U.S. addresses usually ship from the U.S. warehouse. Addresses outside the U.S., or items out of stock in the U.S. warehouse, may ship from Hong Kong. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Notes
Natural disasters, holidays, and other events beyond our control may delay shipping. Once shipped, tracking and final delivery are handled by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered. Shipping charges are not refunded for returns caused by incorrect or missing address information.

Tariffs
We have joined the EU IOSS system. For orders shipped to the 27 EU countries, entry tax is prepaid. Orders to other countries may incur customs fees and import duties paid by the recipient.
