About delivery fee
Shipping is free in the United States, shipping is required in other areas.
There is no need to leave a message with a phone number in the United States. For shipping addresses outside the United States, please leave a message with a phone number by email.
To ensure your package is delivered correctly and received, please write, street number, building or apartment number, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered goods if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or entered incorrectly.
Order processing
After the order is paid, it will take 1-3 days for the warehouse to process your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
During holidays and peak sales periods, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.
International Transport
We have established partnerships with warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong, China. For delivery addresses in the United States, we will send express delivery from the US warehouse. For delivery addresses outside the United States and for goods that are out of stock in the US warehouse, we will send express delivery from the Hong Kong, China warehouse. .
Delivery times vary from country to country, depending on the efficiency and convenience of your country's postal service.

* Please note that natural disasters, holiday delays and other circumstances beyond our control may cause shipping delays and extensions. Delivery of products will be subject to the terms of service provided by the carrier.
* Once shipped, tracking information for an order is beyond our control, and as much as we would like to get there, final delivery is also beyond our control. We are not responsible for packages reported delivered by carriers. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
*Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information. We will be happy to re-ship your order to you, however, there will be an additional shipping fee to re-ship the item to the correct address.
About tariffs
We have joined the EU's IOSS system. For orders shipped to the 27 EU countries, we have already paid the entry tax and you do not need to pay it again.
Orders from other countries may be subject to your country's customs fees and import duties. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We are unable to determine these fees during the checkout process.
Please do not refuse packages due to duties or taxes on item delivery. The carrier will not be able to return the item to us unless these charges are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package at customs, if this happens we will not be able to offer a refund.
