This product is indigo dyed by natural plants. It is a normal phenomenon to have color difference and fading after repeated artificial dyeing, and it is not a quality problem. It is recommended to hand wash and separate from other clothes. As this product is dyed with natural dyes, please avoid using detergents that contain bleach or fluorescent agents.

Badbowl offers a 30-day return period. All of our products are manufactured to a very high standard and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we can offer an exchange or refund.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after your item is delivered to us. In order for your refund to be processed quickly, please contact our customer service after you have shipped your shipment and let us know the tracking number.
You have up to 30 days to make a return. You must return the item within 30 days of the delivery date and provide your return tracking number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have original tags/packaging.
If there is no quality problem with the product, the shipping cost of returning it to our warehouse will be borne by the buyer.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Sorry, returns returned to us without prior authorization will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. When returning your return, please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.

Please do not send returns to the sender's address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect your return processing. You can only return to the return warehouse address we provide.
Please make sure you don't accidentally put non-Bronson items in your return package. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
We reserve the right to individually define and limit, refuse and/or reject customer returns at any time due to the following reasons:
Irregular or excessive return history indicates "in the closet";
Irregular or excessive return history involving items that are worn, altered, cleaned, damaged or lost;
Potential Fraud or Criminal Activity.
Likewise, we reserve the right to deny service to any customer or entity for conduct similar to that described above.
Refund
We will process refunds within 5-10 business days after receiving your package. Refunds will be made back to your original payment.
Original shipping charges and tips are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. If the product cannot be returned due to an accident at the time of return, or if the condition of the product deteriorates, we may not be able to accept the return.
If you return an item, the points for that item will automatically expire.

If you do not pay for shipping when the product ships, we may deduct it from the product price and refund it.

How to care for indigo clothing?
Indigo dyeing is a traditional dyeing technique. To care for indigo garments, follow these steps:
Hand Wash: Indigo garments should be hand washed, avoiding washing machines and dryers. Before washing, check the washing instructions on the label. If there are no washing instructions, wash gently with warm water.
Avoid Bleach and Strong Cleansers: Using bleach and strong cleansers will ruin the indigo color. If stains need to be removed, use a mild detergent and avoid rubbing.
To Dry: Avoid exposing indigo garments to sunlight while drying. Sunlight will cause colors to fade. Dry best in the shade and blot excess moisture on a towel.
Ironing: If indigo garments need to be ironed, do so on low heat. It is best to cover garments with a towel that has been steamed with a steam iron before ironing to preserve color and texture.
Storage: Keep indigo garments in a ventilated and dry place, and avoid folding them in the same position for too long. It is best to hang garments out of prolonged contact with anything to avoid creasing and deformation.

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-2 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
